SECTION 01
1. Who this is between
“mohamedxtwo” means the website and Google listing service operated by Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed (email moextwo2@gmail.com).
“You” means the daycare owner named on the sign-up form and the licensed daycare business you run.
SECTION 02
2. What mohamedxtwo provides
- A custom website for your daycare — designed, built, hosted, and kept online — with the pages parents look for (about, programs, tuition, licensing, and photos).
- A simple logo, if you don’t already have one, at no extra charge.
- Your web domain registration and DNS management (or assistance pointing an existing domain).
- Fast, secure, privacy-respecting website hosting.
- Setting up or updating your Google Business Profile so you appear clearly on Google Maps.
- Ongoing updates (hours, rates, open spots, photos) made within 1–2 business days of your email request.
- Professional, polite replies to Google reviews posted by parents.
SECTION 03
3. What you provide
- Accurate details about your daycare (hours, ages, tuition, licensing) and prompt answers when I need something to move forward.
- Photos you have the right to use. Please don’t send photos showing children’s faces without written permission from their parents.
- “Manager” access to your Google Business Profile, added to moextwo2@gmail.com. You stay the owner and can remove access at any time.
SECTION 04
4. Pricing & payment
- $300 to start: Due before work begins. Covers setup, design, build, Google profile optimization, and your first month of service.
- $100 a month after that: Billed automatically to a card on file (through Stripe) starting in month 2. Covers hosting, domain renewal, ongoing changes, and Google profile care.
- No surprise fees: Everything above is included in the flat $100/month.
- If a payment fails, I’ll email you. If it stays unpaid for 14 days, the service and website may be paused until it’s resolved.
SECTION 05
5. Ownership & cancellation
- You own your content: your business name, photos, parent handbooks, and text belong entirely to you.
- Domain: registered in your name; if I registered it for you, it transfers to your account on request at no fee. Your Google Business Profile is always yours.
- Cancel anytime after 3 months: the initial commitment is 3 months, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice from either side.
- When the service ends: the website is taken offline. You can keep the website files for a one-time $500. Your domain and Google listing stay with you either way.
SECTION 06
6. Google visibility — no ranking promises
I optimize everything I reasonably can — your profile, categories, photos, posts, and reviews — to help local families find you. No one can promise a specific position on Google, and I don’t.
SECTION 07
7. Limits & the fine print
- I work with reasonable care and skill, but I’m not responsible for outages or changes caused by third parties such as Google, the website host, or the domain registrar.
- If something goes wrong and it’s my fault, my total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
- I may decline to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that could reasonably harm children or families.
- If these terms or the price need to change, I’ll give you at least 30 days’ written notice. If you don’t agree, you can end the service before the change takes effect — even during the first three months.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
