1. Who runs this site
This website (mohamedxtwo.xyz) is run by Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, trading as mohamedxtwo, based in New York State, USA. Questions about privacy or your information: hello@mohamedxtwo.xyz or (206) 657-6439.
2. What the site collects when you just visit
- Basic analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at. This records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies (see Section 5).
- Security and delivery logs. The site is hosted through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
I do not use this information to identify you personally, and I don’t combine it with anything else.
3. What you give me through the sign-up form
If you fill out the sign-up form, you send me the details you type in. That is usually your name, your daycare’s name, license number, address, email, phone number, hours, programs, tuition, a Google Maps link, and any notes you add.
- The form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which emails the submission to me and keeps a copy in its dashboard so nothing is lost.
- I use these details only to reply to you and, if we go ahead, to build and manage your website and Google listing.
- I don’t sell this information or use it for advertising, and I don’t send marketing emails.
4. Who else sees your information
Only the companies that help run this service, and only for that purpose:
- Web3Forms: delivers and stores sign-up form submissions.
- Google Analytics: the visitor analytics described above.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, domain (DNS), and security.
- Stripe: only if you become a client: it handles card payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; I never see or store them.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety. That aside, your information stays with me.
5. Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga), used to tell repeat visits apart. They don’t identify you by name.
You can turn them off:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or
- Install Google’s official opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The site works the same either way.
6. How long I keep things
- Sign-up form submissions: kept while we are in touch and for as long as you are a client, then removed within a reasonable time once there is no longer a business reason to keep them. You can also ask me to delete them sooner.
- Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
7. Your choices
Email me at hello@mohamedxtwo.xyz and I will, within a reasonable time and at no charge:
- tell you what information of yours I hold,
- correct anything that’s wrong, or
- delete it (unless I’m required to keep it, for example for tax records).
8. Children
This site is meant for daycare owners, who are adults. It is not directed at children and doesn’t knowingly collect information from them. Photographs of children that a daycare sends me are covered by the Service Agreement, which asks that no child’s face be used without their parent’s written permission.
9. Links to other sites
This site links out to the daycare websites I manage and to Google. Once you follow a link, that other site’s privacy policy applies, not this one.
